These Edible Estates are typically commissioned for a very special event, or just a great party!. We create a scaled rendition of the actual home in miniature, including hardscaping and landscaping! These gingerbread replicas are usually about 12-inches high and sit on a 24-inch square base, but the sizing can vary based on the home.

 

Starting from photographs of the house, a digital pattern is created.  Custom copper cookie cutters are then made from the pattern for all sections of the house. We create candied glass windows and “install” a battery-operated light for interior illumination. The exterior is decorated with frosting and sweets, including edible plants and trees for the surrounding landscape. Indeed, the whole Estate is edible!

 

Custom Gingerbread Home creations require at least 10 weeks from photo to finish. We typically deliver and set the piece up for the event. Also, the custom set of cookie cutters are yours to keep!
