These Edible Estates are typically commissioned for a very special event. We create a scaled rendition of the actual home in miniature, including hardscaping and landscaping! These gingerbread replicas are usually about 12-inches high and sit on a 24-inch square base, but the sizing can vary based on the home.

Instructional workshops include Decorating classes, which give tips and techniques for decorating a pre-assembled house. We also do Building Workshops where we begin with pre-baked gingerbread and assemble together with special Royal Icing, and Design Workshops that demonstrate how to create a gingerbread pattern from a paper drawing, all the way through to baking and assembly.
These custom parties are modeled after the annual gathering I host in my own home for the holidays. Guests enjoy specialty cocktails and hors d'oeuvres ​ before sitting down to decorate their very own pre assembled house. With a rainbow of colorful candy buffets, along with sugar trees, wreaths and other decorations, guests have unlimited enjoyment creating their very own masterpiece!
